Second Chronicles Chapter 12
To Be Faithful Or Not To Be Faithful? That Is The Question.
It was over a span of 2 years that King Rehoboam went from walking faithfully with the Lord to be coming unfaithful. It all started as his kingdom mightily grew.
Are we walking faithfully with the Lord? It’s very easy to go from walking faithful to all the sudden forsaking the Lord. It’s a slow process. What does your last two years look like with the Lord? Have you noticed areas of your life that have become less committed because of being too busy, or other things have become more attractive and you gradually turned your heart from the Lord?
As King Rehoboam humbled himself before the Lord when the prophet confronted him, I pray we too may humble ourselves before the Lord and repent of sins. Beware of the consequences that may occur as God’s way of reminding us to always be faithful.
Are you Faithful or Unfaithful? That’s the question. Answer it honestly!
