God’s Kindness Is Not An Excuse For Us To Sin.

God’s judgment is righteous and fair. One day we’ll get what we deserve. Paul addresses the people who are passing judgment upon others while doing the same sin.

God’s kindness is not his way of saying he doesn’t care if we sin, on the contrary, his kindness is his way of saying, he wants us to repent or turn away from our sins. If he lacked kindness, God would condemn us quickly cuz of our sin. But because of his kindness, he brings compassion, Mercy, and Grace to us. He’s patiently waiting for us to repent of our sins and turn to Christ. To deny this is to face his wrath.

We do not become righteous in God’s sight because we know the law. We become righteous through our obedience to God’s word, both in public and in secret. And it all starts with a relationship with Christ.
