Read Daniel Chapter 7
We Win!!!
Daniel had a vision of the end times where he saw four beasts which represented four kings. The fourth King was powerful and waged war against the saints, God’s people. He was dreadful and terrifying. Then Daniel saw the ancient of Days, God Almighty, who was set up and took a seat, then he destroyed the fourth beast and the other three beasts or Kings lost their power for a period of time. Then the son of man, Jesus, came amongst the clouds to the ancient of Days and was given Dominion, Glory, and an everlasting Kingdom. Then all the saints were before him to serve and obey him forever.
This is a fascinating chapter which has a great message of Hope for all God’s people; for all those who choose to follow the Lord Jesus Christ.
It’s like running a race to win a prize at the end only this prize is eternal life in heaven. Don’t give up the fight. Don’t give up the race. Persevere. Push forward. Cry out to God for help and strength. Don’t give into temptations, but stand firm in the faith.
I know life can get pretty complex and broken in many ways, but God has a plan to bring you out of prison and give you freedom through a relationship with Christ. Daily surrender your heart to him and let him give you the freedom and the everlasting life he offers you.
