Psalms Chapter 75
What’s Holding You Back?
Verse 1 says, “We praise you, God, we praise you, for your name is near; people tell of your wonderful deeds.”
My question is, do WE praise him? Do WE tell of his wonderful deeds? What’s holding us back from declaring praises to God and being so appreciative of what he has done in our lives that we can’t help but tell others about our Lord and Savior?
What’s holding you back? Is it because of your unfulfilled demands or unfulfilled wishes? Is it because you are so consumed with your lives that you are blind to the things of the Lord? Is it possible that the God you say is your Lord and Savior, actually isn’t really Lord of your lives? Is it that deep down inside you don’t really believe he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to you? Are you ashamed? What’s holding you back? Give it to Jesus so you can freely and daily praise him and tell of his wonderful deeds.
