Psalms Chapter 36
Have You No Fear?
The psalmist starts off by saying, “This is a message from God, those who live in sin have no fear of God.”
Does that concern you? Maybe it should.
The psalmist declares God as a God whose love reaches to the heavens which is infinity. It’s never ending.
God is also declared as all righteous, no sin. He is Holy and therefore he calls us to the same Holiness which is only possible through a relationship with Jesus.
God is also declared as a God of Justice. We will all stand before the God of Justice and face where we will spend eternity: Heaven or Hell?
I pray that you would recognize God’s love for YOU. And that alone would drive you to want to be holy and righteous like HIM by accepting Jesus into your lives. May we have a respectful fear that keeps us Focused On Christ knowing that one day we will stand before a God of Justice and he will give us what we deserve. Thank you Lord for being faithful. Help me to be faithful as well.
