Psalms Chapter 146
MAY WE….
The psalmist says not to put our trust in humans. Compared to God we are nothing. We live and we die. God lives forever. He always was and always will be. He’s the creator of all we see and all we don’t see. He created us therefore he is over us. So why do we put our hope in created things rather than in the creator of all things? God’s love is not conditional like humans. His love is unconditional. He has concern for the oppressed, the hungry, those held in captive, the blind, the widows and the orphans. He responds to those who are humble and he loves righteousness. He reigns forever.
So MAY WE also put our trust in the Lord, 100%.
MAY WE allow the Holy Spirit to work in and through our lives so we exhibit an unconditional love to those around us.
MAY WE also be concerned for those who are hurting and held captive in sin.
MAY WE live a life that reflects the humility and righteousness of Christ.
