Psalms Chapter 140
Call. Trust. Praise.
The psalmist CALLS on the Lord and does so with a certain CONFIDENCE whereupon he knows God will hear his cries. He TRUSTS God to respond In fairness for he knows that God is just and fair. Therefore he will PRAISE Him for his intervention. In the meantime, he CHOOSES to be RIGHTEOUS and UPRIGHT before the Lord.
May we have that same heart. May we CALL on the Lord in our need. May we do so with CONFIDENCE because we know God can be TRUSTED and will intervene. Therefore we will PRAISE him. And during our waiting, we will CHOOSE to live a RIGHTEOUS and UPRIGHT life instead of Wavering with our Faith.
