Psalms Chapter 121
Who Do I Run To With My Problems?
When I have a problem, where do I run? The psalmist says he looks to the Lord because that’s where his help comes from. The Lord God is “the maker of heaven and Earth” so why wouldn’t we look to the Lord versus going to people for our advice? Why is God often the last resort when looking for help? Let God be the first person that we turn to and trust Him to intervene either through his spirit, or through a person he brings to our attention, or someone he puts in our paths.
The psalmist says that God “never sleeps.” He’s always available and is always watching over us, “both now and forever more.”
Take comfort in knowing that God is always near and always watching over you!
