Psalms Chapter 113
Maybe We Should Praise The Lord.
The psalmist is pretty adamant about challenging us to praise the Lord! In the first three verses he calls us to praise the Lord five times and even says for how long:
1. Both now and forevermore, and
2. From the rising of the sun till it settles at night.
The psalmist points out why he should be praised over everyone else.
1. There is no one like our God. 2. He’s above all. 3. He looks after us. 4. He helps the poor and needy.
Lastly, the psalmist ends with one more reminder to Praise The Lord!
CHALLENGE! Let us be more conscious and aware of God’s blessings today and take time to praise him throughout the day.
