Psalms Chapter 111
I Am Significant!
So many wonderful, amazing, and awesome attributes of God are mentioned throughout this chapter. Many of them I give a big amen to. But honestly, some of them I have forgotten due to life circumstances or due to the deception of the evil one.
You may find me crazy, but when I go to church or speak at a place where I’ve spoken at several times before, there are people who come up and say Hi, Compliment me, and make me feel Significant. I appreciate that. They know me and see value in me.
But yesterday, at the fairgrounds, I walked amongst a lot of people who I have no clue who they are and the majority of them probably have no clue who I am. But I felt insignificant. Obviously that’s a lie from the enemy, but I was quickly reminded by the spirit that God’s truth of Who We Are is not based on our feelings or life circumstances. God is who he is (I am that I am) no matter what the circumstances are or no matter how we feel. AND, in Christ, We Are Who We Are (valuable, significant, and with purpose) no matter what the circumstances are and no matter how we feel. The quicker we understand this, the quicker we quit letting the enemy feed his lies into our lives.
Thank you Lord for all your wonderful attributes that defines Who You Are and thank you for who I am in Christ, now and forever. Help me to never forget that I am Significant! I am Valuable! And you do have a Purpose for my life! Thank you!
