Psalms 119:17-24
I’m Consumed In Knowing God’s Word.
The psalmist says to the Lord, I want to obey your word. So open my eyes and show me your truth. I’m consumed in knowing your word. Though there are those who ridicule me because of my love for you any word, I will continue to take delight in it.
I have to ask this question to myself and to others: do we want to obey God’s word? And the greatest thing we can do is invest into God’s word daily. He will teach you his truths. May we be consumed in pursuing the word of God and take delight in it no matter who ridicules us because of our faith. Be consumed! Be steadfast! Be obedient to God’s word!
