Numbers Chapter 9
God! I’ll Go Whenever, Wherever, And Do Whatever You Call Me To Do.
In this chapter, God’s presence was seen by the Israelites by a cloud over the tabernacle during the day and a cloud of Fire over the Tabernacle at night. Whenever the cloud was lifted, the people would pack up camp and move with the cloud. Wherever the cloud settled, they would set up camp. They may stay overnight at one place or for a year. But they were obedient to follow the Lord whenever and wherever he led them.
May we all be in tune with the Lord so that we sense the Holy Spirit’s leading for our lives each day. Thus, may we be faithful and obedient, no matter what, to go whenever he calls us, to wherever he leads us, to do whatever he has for us. This could relate to our occupation, but it also could relate to the contacts we have with those around us. May we be sensitive to the Spirit to reach out, to love on, and impact the lives He puts before us.
Are you willing to be obedient to the Spirit’s leading even if it’s an inconvenience or hardship? May we all be faithful!
