Numbers Chapter 18
Be Responsible and Trust God.
God says to Aaron that he and his sons (the priests) are responsible for what happens within the church sanctuary and with the priesthood. Likewise, God holds us responsible for what he has called us to. Knowing that, I pray it will act as a motivation to draw us closer to the Lord and be faithful to his calling on our lives.
God also instructed Aaron and the other Levites that their food comes from the leftover offerings presented to the Lord. They were not to have any land given to them for they were to trust God to provide them for food and their needs. May I also trust God for his provision for us.
