Numbers Chapter 17
Rebel or Support – You Choose.
The people of Israel were continually prone to rebel against God’s leadership and against God. Even when God punished them with death or plagues, they still rebelled. So God miraculously revealed to the nation which tribe he was blessing as leadership over the other 11. God did this so that the people would quit rebelling against Moses and Aaron, and quit thinking that they could do better. God’s revelation was done so as to stop the rebellion and so that he would not have to continue bringing his wrath upon them.
Are we complainers or rebellious when we are not happy with how God’s working through the leaders over us? Do We complain and rebel against the leadership whether at work or within the church?
God, no matter where I’m at, no matter who you have chosen as leader over me, help me to not have a rebellious attitude and behaviors, but rather help me be supportive and encouraging toward the leadership at work or within the church.
