Who Is Your Spiritual Leader?
When Joshua and all the spiritual leaders of Israel died, the nation of Israel began to do evil in the sight of the Lord. As a result, they began following the practices of non-believers around them.
Who are your spiritual leaders? Who helps hold you accountable to the Lord? Who do you let ask you the tough questions? Who is your biggest spiritual encourager?
Be careful how you answer this! If you don’t have spiritual leaders feeding into your life, whether that’s inside or outside the church, then you set yourself up for failure. Without accountability and encouragement in your faith walk, you are at high risk of turning to the sinful practices of those around you. Which path are you on? The narrow one that leads to life or the wide one that leads to destruction? Is it time to get connected to some spiritual leaders? Have a blessed day!
