Hey, That’s A Great Testimony!
When the enemies of Israel heard how God dried up the raging Jordan River, they lost hope. This is a reminder of how valuable testimonies are. Christians need to hear testimonies of what God is doing. It acts as a reminder of God’s mighty power. We need that encouragement often so we don’t give up or lose heart in amongst our life circumstances. We can’t lose focus of what God is or is trying to do in and through our lives.
But non-believers also need to hear our testimonies. It’s an opportunity for them to hear about our Almighty God in hopes that they would capture how real and alive and active he really is. The ultimate hope is that they would understand his love for them and their need for him. Testimonies are great in helping bring people into a relationship with Jesus.
Don’t be afraid to share a testimony of God’s greatness with someone today.
