Don’t Forget The Christians In Other Nations
When all the tribes returned to their designated territories, the two and a half tribes east of the Jordan made an altar which the tribes west of the Jordan thought it was an altar to a false god. But the Eastern tribe explained that it’s a reminder to all the tribes, east and west of the Jordan River, that they are all one family before the Lord God and that the Eastern tribe should never be forgotten as a part of the family of God.
Today, we have Christians all across the globe. All Christians, no matter where they live, are all apart of the family of God. It’s easy to forget about those serving in other countries. In reality, there are many who are dying everyday because of their faith in Jesus. Does that bother me? Am I praying for the missionaries in other countries? I used to, but I haven’t since I moved to Spartanburg. So I challenged myself today to get back to praying for those serving in other nations. The Christian and Missionary Alliance District Office send out prayer requests every week for missionaries all over the world. Lord help me get back to praying for them.
