Job Chapter 41
In The End, We Win!
God reminds Job that everything under the heavens belong to him and nothing can stand against him. This is worth pondering for it gives hope when I see a world around me in chaos. My life can be chaotic in and of itself yet the world seems to be even more chaotic. I watch our borders overwhelmed with immigrants with no plans for proper care. I see a society of values being destroyed by a worldly view. I see God’s word and Truth be portrayed as evil. I see corruption that is affecting innocent people while crime is on the rise. I see people struggling financially while inflation rises. How long will this go on?
But my hope is in Christ. We are told evil days will overwhelm the Earth. We are experiencing it now. But with all the evil out there, nothing can stand against our God and live. God will one day reveal his righteousness and judgment. I pray I will be found faithful and not give in to a world that will increasingly hate God and hate Christian. Thank you God that in the end, you win and we who are faithful, win.
