Job Chapter 37
Let’s Put Things In Proper Perspective!
Elihu describes to Job qualities of God to try and help him put in proper perspective that God is sovereign and in control.
Which may involve Job having to change his perception of God. Elihu says:
God is majestic and does things outside our understanding.
God is in control of all the Earth.
Stop and consider God’s wonders! How can we understand him?
God is fair, just, and is revered.
CHALLENGE:
Stop and take a look at all of creation as far as you can see. Consider God’s wonders and then remember that God is in control. He’s very aware of your circumstances in life and he cares. We have to keep that in proper perspective.
So take at least one minute to stop and Revere God through your words of praise, thanksgiving, or exaltation. Even thank him for being in control of your life circumstances. Then Trust Him!
