Job Chapter 30
There’s Always Hope!
Job complains that those who used to respect him now mock him and even spit in his face. They say, no one can help Job. He’s a lost cause. There’s no hope for him.
When we are struggling and looking for hope, the last thing we want to hear is, “There is no hope.” And the last thing we should be telling others who are struggling is, “There is no hope.” There’s always hope. There’s always hope in God. He intervenes into our circumstances and brings his outcome that is the best outcome. It may not be our desired outcome. Hope is what God has to offer when things don’t go the way we expect. Hope is what God offers when our dreams of life are shattered. Hope it’s not based within our parameters because our perameters only go as far as what we can see or what we want. God’s hope sees the big picture and goes well beyond what we see or imagine. So never give up on God’s hope. Never quit trusting him. He’s in control. He knows what’s best. Put your hope in God’s plan and not in your plan.
