Remember The Days When God Used Us To Touch Lives?
Job reminisces of the days when God was blessing him and his family. The days when he was respected in the community. He spoke of the days when he met the need of so many people. He thought he would live a ripe old age. His counsel was well accepted and he was seen as a very wise man and a great comforter. But now, it’s been months and he has seen no progress with his health. But God’s not done yet! Those days of the past seem long gone but God is still working, and preparing, and equipping for the new days coming.
I remember being in a waiting period of over 2 years wondering what God had in store for my life. I felt I was in limbo and was not accomplishing anything substantial for the Lord. I reminisced of the days we ministered in the community and so many lives were touched, but now NOTHING! But God eventually opened the door to Union City CMA Church and now Ministry opportunities keep opening up. Lives are being impacted at the school and in the community. I see new people coming to church. I see people who walked away from the Lord now getting reconnected. God is at work. Thank you Jesus!!
For those who have walked away from the Lord, and whose testimonies of God’s miracles are of the past, I have good news!
God wants to prepare you, equip you, and use you again for his kingdom. Don’t let your testimonies of God be stories of the past. He wants to use you again so each day is a new testimony of God at work in and through your life. Surrender Your Life to the Lord today and see what doors He opens again for you.
