Isaiah Chapter 51
What Do You Fear?
God says to those who are pursuing him and want to live Holy lives, LISTEN!!
He said, remember how I took one man, Abraham, and blessed him so that there were many. Now think of your life today. You are being afflicted. Am I not able to deliver you? You are living in constant fear but I will show my comfort and compassion. I will restore your soul so you can once again give thanks and praise to me!
You live in fear, but I can save you with an everlasting Salvation! So LISTEN! Don’t fear what is coming against you. It will only take your focus off from me so that you forget me. Don’t stop singing for joy to me.
What do you fear? Think of how it has controlled your life. Think of how it has consumed you and your thought life. God is saying, Don’t Live In Fear. It will stop your praises to the Lord and you will forget him and declare he is no more. It is God who can save you from your fear and put Joy back into your soul so you praise him again versus wallowing in hopelessness. Keep pursuing the Lord!
