Isaiah Chapter 29
Don’t Worship God With Your Lips, But With Your Heart.
Woe to the city of David, called Ariel. God is against Ariel. Just read what God said, “I will besiege you. I will encamp against you on all sides; I will encircle you…I will set up my siege workers against you.”
As a result, God greatly humbles Ariel. God’s people honored God with their lips but their hearts were far from him.” They worshipped God based on “merely human rules.”
Whatever happened to total SURRENDER to the Lord? Where are those who fall before God with a BROKEN and REPENTIVE Heart? Where are those who are 100% SOLD OUT for Jesus?
God! May these words be the theme of my heart:
Surrendered – Broken – Repentive – Sold Out!
