Isaiah Chapter 25 and 26
I Praise God For His Perfect Faithfulness!
These two chapters are devoted to giving God praise. In reality, our whole life could be spent on giving praise to the Lord for all he does. Here they praise God for his perfect faithfulness. WE define “Perfect Faithfulness” as something God does in our timing and when we want it done. God forgive me when I expect you to do things my way and in my timing. I prayed for my dad to give his life to the Lord for 25 years before it happened.
Is God any less faithful if our prayers aren’t answered in the allotted time we give him? NO!
Is God more faithful if he answers our prayers immediately? NO!
Is God NOT FAITHFUL if our prayers are not answered as we expected? NO! God is always at work behind the scenes in order to make his name known among the earth.
Lord, because you are faithful, may I always pursue you 100% with all my heart versus pursuing my selfish desires more than I pursue you. May my TRUST in you be greater than my expectations!! I love you Lord! Thank you for your Perfect Faithfulness!
