Monkey Business vs Transformation Business
A prophecy against Jerusalem is spoken because their Fellowship with God and with one another lacked sustenance. It was more about Monkey Business and partying than it was about being Transformed.
What does God have to say about us when it comes to us meeting with God privately and with his people at church? Seriously?
Do we find ourselves praying to God and looking for answers and feeling that he’s far away? God wants to do TRANSFORMATION in our lives but it has to be a two-way relationship. If we’re so busy with life that we only have time to ask of God, then don’t expect to hear his voice.
God often speaks to us during our time spent with him and his people. Don’t be so busy that you don’t have time. Invest into God and his Word, and in the church and see if you don’t sense the Holy Spirit’s presence and see if you don’t hear his voice more clearly. And when this happens, then there’s Transformation!!
