Isaiah Chapter 17 and 18
The AHA Moment!!
A prophecy was given against Damascus and Cush that they would one day become places of ruin. During that time many will turn from their false gods and return to the Lord. Many will gather together as a body of believers and bring their gifts to the Lord Almighty. Damascus and Cush will have an AHA Moment. It will finally hit them that there is only one God and he’s the “Lord Almighty God!”
Do we need an “AHA Moment?” What’s keeping us from pursuing the Lord with all our hearts? What is distracting us from the Lord? What are the obstacles that keep us from gathering together with other believers and using our God-Given Gifts?
A CHALLENGE for all of us in hopes of bringing us to an “AHA Moment.”
1. Are we daily invested in Reading God’s Word?
2. How is your prayer life?
3. Are you gathering together with other people in church?
4. Are you using your God-Given Gifts for his glory?
