Exodus Chapter 7
I Didn’t Even Give It A Second Thought.
At this point, Moses and Aaron had performed two miracles that God told them to do before Pharoah in hopes that he would let the Israelites go. In essence, he responded by going back into his house and didn’t give it a second thought. His heart was very hard.
I’m sure we all have a friend or family member who wants nothing to do with the Lord. And it doesn’t make sense why their heart is so hard. You’ve tried so many times to win them over to Christ and they basically don’t give it a second thought. Don’t be discouraged and don’t give up. God is not done knocking on the door of their hard heart. We don’t know what’s going to happen with our one friend or family member, but I do know this, don’t give up praying for or loving them toward Christ!
