Exodus Chapter 6
God Said I WILL Do This!!!
Moses and all Israel were discouraged after the first resistance from King Pharaoh. All of them basically had the attitude of giving up. Faith can be a difficult thing. It’s easy to have faith when there are no obstacles. But God wants to see Faith when obstacles occur. He even reassures Moses and the people what he WILL do:
1. He WILL bring them out of Egypt.
2. He WILL free them.
3. He WILL redeem them.
4. He WILL make them his own.
5. He WILL be their God.
6. He WILL take them to the Promised Land.
7. He WILL give the Promised Land as a possession.
Despite all the promises, the Israelites and Moses struggled greatly to have faith because of past so-called failures or obstacles.
What are you waiting for from God? In our time of waiting, eventually God will say to us what he said to the Israelites, “Now you will see what I will do…”
So have faith and believe and don’t lose confidence in the abilities he has given you, as Moses did, in order to make things happen. Be confident! God IS working and God WILL do.
