Do you “KNOW” Jesus?
So Moses goes before the king of Egypt and declares that the God of the Israelites is commanding that he let the Israelites go.
Pharaoh responds by saying, “Who is this Lord?” and “I do not know the Lord.”
Just for clarification, he knew of the Lord. The Hebrew word for “know” is YADA which usually means relationally.
So Pharoah knew God but he did not know God relationally so therefore wanted nothing to do with him.
So my question is, do you KNOW the Lord relationally? Or do you just KNOW Of the Lord?
One requires your heart which results in one investing your life and commitment to the Lord.
The other is just head knowledge but lacks faith and commitment.
So, what does your life say? You DO KNOW the Lord or you just KNOW OF the Lord?
If you do KNOW him then keep pursuing him with all your heart. If you don’t KNOW him relationally, choose to follow Christ today and don’t put it off.
