Exodus Chapter 27
Be A Light And Keep Things In Order.
God gives instructions on making the bronze altar and the court of the Tabernacle. And in the area where God’s dwelling place is, the people are to have a light lit at all times before the Lord along with keeping the accessories in order.
Should that not be our goal today? Should we not be a light before Christ that shines always? Are we walking in the light or in darkness? Can people see our light and know that we have the love of Christ, or do they see us looking just like the world so that it’s difficult to even tell we are Christians?
To help ensure that we continue to be a light for Christ we should put more time focusing on keeping our lives spiritually in order so that our relationship with Jesus is just that, a relationship that reflects the Light of Christ!
