Deuteronomy Chapter 6
God’s Word: Be Taught Daily. Be Obedient Daily.
Just as God instructed the Israelites to be taught his commandments, laws, and statutes, so that they could faithfully follow him, so we are also instructed to be taught to follow the Word of God (the Bible).
May we also have God’s Word always on our hearts and teach them to our kids and talk about them always. May this be a daily occurrence so that we do not lose focus of the Word of God because of the temptations of this world.
CHALLENGE:
1. How can we do a better job making God’s word number one in our lives?
2. What steps do we have to take so we are fed God’s Word daily as well as our family being fed daily?
3. What steps can we take to ensure we are being held accountable to God’s Word?
