Deuteronomy Chapter 10
What Does God Ask Of Me?
The very thing that God asks of the Israelites is the very thing he asks of you and me. And the very thing he asks of us, he asks that we do with all our heart and with all our soul:
1. Fear the Lord God.
2. Walk in Obedience.
3. Love God, and
4 Serve God.
Think of something that you do with great passion. Perhaps your job. Perhaps a hobby. Perhaps a sport, or the gaining of wisdom and knowledge.
Now think how differently your spiritual life would be, if with thst same intensity, you invested all your heart and soul in your relationship with Christ.
God chose us to love us!
1. God shows no partiality…Do we?
2. God cares immensely for the fatherless and widows…Do we?
3. God loves the outsider and welcomes them into his world…Do we?
CHALLENGE: Who is an outsider you know who’s striving to be a part of a group, or striving for just one friend? Be that person that welcomes them into your world today.
