Acts Chapter 12
Are Your Circumstances Really That Impossible?
Where has God called you? What are your life circumstances today? What obstacles are you facing? Do they seem impossible? Are you seeking God with all your heart? Do you believe he can intervene into your life and make the Impossible, Possible?
Matthew 7:7 says, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” God wants to take your obstacles, that seem impossible, and cause you to overcome them and have victory in your life. Can it be any more impossible than Peter’s situation? He was in between two guards while chained twice in a prison cell. Plus guarded by 14 other soldiers outside the cell. Plus locked inside the city gate. All those obstacles were no match for the Lord for he freed Peter of all of them. Chains fell off his body. Doors and Gates were miraculously opened. He was able to walk by every guard and was set free from King Herod’s hands. Then later, King Herod was struck down from God because King Herod thought he was a god himself and gave no praise and glory to the Lord Almighty God.
Matthew 7:7 is my key verse for the day. I will ask, seek, and knock for God’s intervention into my life today and trust him to give me victory over every obstacle in my life.
