2nd Samuel Chapter 22
What’s Our Song?
This chapter is David’s song to the Lord because he delivered him from all his enemies. The things David mentioned in his song are the same things we can mention in our song to the Lord as it relates to our Salvation through Jesus.
1. David mentioned God’s Deliverance. May we never be ashamed to declare our deliverance from sin because of our faith in Jesus.
2. David declares how God delivered him from the challenges of life. Jesus tells us we will have many challenges in this life, but to take heart because he can deliver us through them all.
3. David walked in righteousness and holiness before the Lord and God calls us to be holy as he is holy.
4. David shares his testimony through this song, may God help us to share our testimony with others so that they might believe in Jesus as well.
5. David closed his song with Thanksgiving for all the Lord has done. May we never stop thinking the Lord for all he does for us.
CHALLENGE: God, I pray you put someone in our path today, then help us not be ashamed to share our Faith and Testimony with them.
